Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at enquiry@successorder.com or WhatsApp 017-209 1763 before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide our return address in Puchong, Selangor.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom printed items (namecards, banners, flyers, stickers etc.) — once approved and printed, these cannot be returned unless there is a printing error on our end
- Sale items and discounted orders
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
