Send Your Artwork
WhatsApp or email your print-ready artwork file to us after placing your order. We'll confirm receipt within the hour.
Artwork Checking
Our team checks your file for resolution, colour mode, bleed and dimensions. If there are issues, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Make Payment
Once artwork is confirmed, we'll send your invoice. Full payment is required before production begins. We accept bank transfer and DuitNow.
Production Begins
Production starts immediately after payment is received. Turnaround time is counted from payment confirmation — not from when the order was placed.
Order Ready
We'll notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection or delivery.
Delivery or Self Collect
Self collect from Puchong at no charge. Delivery available across Selangor & KL — charges vary by location and are not included in product pricing.
